Long and Slow Day

Make up a workout from earlier this week

Option 3 :
Stretch for 20-30 minutes

Option 4 : Do nothing, except something you WANT to do. Something super fun. Maybe more fitness.
The long slow option is great to get blood flowing and promote recovery! Think a bike ride, some easy rowing, or even a walk!
